Unfortunately, our hope of finally being able to offer game fans and exhibitors the popular living room atmosphere at MOC Munich again after almost two years of forced SPIELWIESN was not fulfilled again. Some major publishers do not want to be represented at public fairs this year either. As justification, they refer to the still unclear health situation due to the corona virus, despite the increasing vaccination rate.

SPIELWIESN is famous and appreciated for its successful mix of Spielfest, participatory fair, information exchange and shopping paradise. The heart of the event is the Spielothek with the huge play areas where novelties and classics can be tried to your heart’s content. In addition to the exhibitors’ stand fees, visitors’ entrance fees are also important for the refinancing of these areas.

Both are not sufficiently available this year. For this reason, we unfortunately have to cancel the event for economic reasons.

However, we have a consolation in store: All those who want to try out novelties, have fun and/or learn playfully this year can expect a game forum at the Munich Science Days/FORSCHA (8. – 10.10.2021 at the Deutsches Museum Verkehrszentrum). Tickets will soon be available online with a fixed visit date. The entrance fees of the Deutsches Museum Verkehrszentrum apply.
