Messe Erfurt GmbH organizes on the 11th November 2021 for the first time a pro.vention SPECIAL. The half-day conference offers specialist lectures, best practice examples, a panel discussion and an accompanying exhibition. The main topic of the kick-off event is on reducing the virus load in educational and public institutions.
An intensive exchange between school principals, headmasters, school authorities, service providers and guests from politics is planned. The speakers discuss the technical possibilities for reducing the viral load indoors, present practical implementation possibilities and explain financing concepts as well as the application for corresponding subsidies, says Michael Kynast, Managing Director of Messe Erfurt GmbH.
The pro.vention Specials are intended to give the individual stakeholders in the field of infection protection their own platform in the coming months in order to offer sufficient space and time for intensive discussion. In addition, the more individual framework allows a short-term organization of additional specials – depending on current needs.
“Currently, we are in coordination with the Verband Deutscher Maschinen- und Anlagenbau e.V. to prepare the specialist program. (VDMA). The VDMA has been an essential partner of pro.vention since the first event in November 2021 and actively supports us in the conception and implementation of the new series of events. Together we want to organize a conference that delivers everyday results, says Carolin Beier, project manager of pro.vention.
The symposium with accompanying exhibition will take place on the 11th. November 2021, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the CongressCenter of Messe Erfurt. The continuation of the pro.vention SPECIAL is planned for February 2022. The topic will be “The handling of pandemic regulations in catering facilities”.
Originally for the 4th to 5th November 2021 planned pro.vention – trade fair & conference will take place again in 2022. It will be at the end of the conference series and bring together the actors of the individual specials.
