Sigep is acknowledged as the most important international event for the sector. This trade fair comprises the following thematic sections: ice cream, chocolate, confectionery, bakery, pizza, decoration, furnishing and fittings. All the latest trends and raw materials, basic products, plants, machinery, furnishing and fittings for ice cream parlours, pastry shops, bakeries and pizzerias will be shown. Presentations, contests, international championships, training courses and seminars will complete the exhibition programme. Honoured interested parties, due to the effects of the corona virus, the fair will be postponed to this new date.
This year the Sigep takes place on 3 days from Mon., 15.03.2021 to Wed., 17.03.2021 in Rimini already for the 42nd time.
