The Brazilian Association of Paint Manufacturers, ABRAFATI, confirmed the holding of the 17th edition of the ABRAFATI SHOW from November 30th to December 2nd, 2021.

The event will be held at São Paulo Expo and intends, once again, to fulfill its purpose of bringing together the entire industry of paint manufacturers and suppliers.

The fair will be the stage for launches, trends, innovation, technology and a lot of specialized content developed by leading companies and universities.

Focused on ensuring a safe and responsible meeting, the association presented some important information that you can see below – in full.

1st Security and Responsibility

Our priority for this edition is the health and safety of all employees, partners, visitors, exhibitors, congress attendees.

With the date change to the beginning of December, we will surpass the mark of 93% of people over 18 years old vaccinated in SP and 72% in Brazil.

2nd Place: Government authorities and competent bodies allow business events to be held in the second semester

The governor and the mayor of São Paulo, the event’s host city, made official through Decree No. 60,396 on July 23, 2021, the issuance of permits for fairs, conventions, congresses and other business events.

For this reason, renowned events such as: Formula 1, APAS, FCE Pharma, FCE Cosmetique, Analitica Latin America and Automec have already confirmed the realization in the second half of 2021.

3rd place: Visiting profile

Visitors to ABRAFATI 2021 have in its composition 97% of the public located in the national territory and of these, 87% are located in the Southeast, geographic areas currently with the highest rates of vaccination in Brazil.

4th Place: Economy

▷ GDP: BC = 4.6% and IPEA = 4.8%

▷ Industry Confidence Index – FGV: 107.6 (+3.4 compared to May)

▷ Consumer Confidence Index – FGV: 80.9 (+4.7 compared to May)

▷ Residential coatings segment: 2-digit growth forecast (>= 10%)
