From 5 to 8 September, the International Animal Production Fair ANIMAL TECH and the National Livestock Exhibition will take place at the Brno Exhibition Centre. Thanks to the release strategy, both actions are expected to take place normally. The National Livestock Exhibition will be attended by all breeders’ associations, over 150 exhibitors from all disciplines are registered: feed, breeding technology, genetics.
Technology for breeding, feed, agricultural technology
Feed companies such as Mikrop Čebín, VVS Verměřovice, Schaumann, Afeed, Fides Agro are registered. The breeding technologies will be presented by Möller, Farmtec, Kovobel, Brunnthaller-CS. Dairy cattle farmers can see a wide range of milking techniques from DeLaval or Merkanta. Agricultural equipment from john deere, kubota, cynkomet, merlo, pöttinger, APV or feeders from STS Olbramovice will also be on display.
Animal TECH trade fairs and the National Livestock Exhibition will be located in pavilions P and F. Animal expositions will be located in pavilion P except horses, which visitors will find in Pavilion F with bees. Exhibitors’ exhibitions will also be built in Hall P.
Championships and competition shows of cattle
Accompanying programmes will be implemented in the same way as in previous years. After negotiations with the Czech Association of Meat Cattle Breeders, the Association of Breeders of Holštýn Cattle, the Union of Breeders of Czech Spotted Cattle, the Czech Union of Breeders of Small Milked Breeders, the Union of Breeders of Normandy Cattle, the Association of Sheep and Goat Breeders and the Association of Pig Breeders, the implementation of championships and competition shows of cattle, parades of pigs, sheep and goats and horse breeding shows is confirmed. There will also be a popular visitor survey Miss Sympathy in cooperation with Profi press, in which visitors choose the most sympathetic representatives of meat and milked cattle. The Opening on Sunday afternoon should be attended by the Minister of Agriculture of the Czech Republic. In cooperation with the Agricultural Union of the Czech Republic, the Agricultural Lives trail will be implemented! intended primarily for primary school pupils or families.
More than 90 horses will be exhibited at the National Livestock Exhibition and throughout the exhibition there will be a Western program, breeding shows, equestrian demonstrations, horse sleds, demonstrations of the work of cold-blooded horses, voltiž. The horse program will take place in Pavilion F and will also sell equestrian supplies, clothing or souvenirs. Unique horse breeds, such as Colombia’s Paso Fino , will also be on display.
In Hall F, visitors will find a traditional beekeeping exhibition selling supplies for beekeepers and beekeeping products. Books for beekeepers from Brázda publishing house will also be available for purchase. Popular beekeeping lectures are being prepared for Sunday.
Discounted conditions for bus tours are envisaged throughout the fair. From Sunday to Wednesday, participants of bus tours or other organized groups have an entrance fee of 60 crowns, and on Wednesdays they have free of charge. These conditions also apply to schools. 10th Central European Veterinary Congress

Admission and opening hours
The exhibition grounds will be open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., wednesday to 5 p.m. The basic ticket costs 110 CROWNS and is only available when buying online on the fair website, admission on site costs 180 crowns. Check the detailed price list of admission.
