After the first two editions, the innovative International Congress dedicated to the sweet universe will celebrate its third edition with expanded space and an ambitious program at InterSICOP 2022

Madrid International Pastry, the reference forum in Spain for the world of bakery, pastry and chocolate, begins a new stage. And it does so in the company of a new ally. On this occasion, M*I*P joins InterSICOP, the reference event at the Ibero-American level specialized in the bakery, pastry, ice cream, coffee and equipment industry.

Thus, the third edition of Madrid International Pastry, a pioneering congress in Spain in its field, will return with great novelties within the framework of InterSICOP 2022 from February 19 to 22. This alliance is a boost to the work that M*I*P has been developing in recent years to make visible the creative potential of the pastry and bakery sector within the framework of a highly specialized forum with international reach. The arrival of M*I*P completes the sectoral value proposition of InterSICOP by reinforcing its call in the gourmet, haute cuisine and catering field, with a program of activities that will once again have some of the most reputable bakery, pastry and chocolate professionals in our country.

For Carolina Escudé, creator and founder of M*I*P, “this agreement together with InterSICOP is an advance to continue strengthening the M*I*P congress, professionalizing and giving visibility to the big players in the sector, a synergy that will allow us to continue growing hand in hand in an essential fair with many years of experience at an international level.

For his part, Rául Calleja, director of Agri-food Fairs at IFEMA MADRID, states that “IFEMA MADRID aims to turn InterSICOP into one of the world’s leading events for the bakery, pastry and ice cream sector. The alliance with M*I*P boosts InterSICOP’s value proposition for the industry as a whole by strengthening and expanding its convening capacity, relevance and reference. These are times of great sectoral and specialized alliances to be larger, more useful and profitable for the participating exhibiting companies”.
