Program in decentralized places provide entertainment

In 2021, the large main stage will still take a break due to corona, which musicians from the region will provide entertainment in decentralized places in the halls of Messe Karlsruhe. In addition, forums offer versatile information on specialist topics: in the Halle Bauen, visitors will find the BAKA Forum 2021 (Bundesverband Altbauerneuerung e.V.), where they can find out about topics such as buying a house, renovation of old buildings or energetic renovation. In the Forum Health in the Lifestyle Hall, the BDH – Federal Association for Rehabilitation ensures a top-class lecture program with topics such as improving vision and the cardiovascular system and preventing high blood pressure. An overview of the program during the offerta can be found at www.offerta.de.

3 G rule makes trade fair experience possible

Access to the exhibition center is regulated according to the version of the Corona Ordinance of the State of Baden-Württemberg valid at the time of the event. Currently, 3G (vaccinated, recovered, tested) applies. The corresponding proof will be checked before receipt of Messe Karlsruhe. In the basic stage, where the incidence of hospitalization is below 8.0 or the occupancy of intensive care beds in Baden-Württemberg falls below the number of 250, a simple antigen rapid test from an official test station that is not older than 24 hours is sufficient for unvaccinated guests. In the warning level, at which the incidence of hospitalization reaches or exceeds 8.0 for 5 consecutive working days or more than 250 intensive care beds are occupied in Baden-Württemberg, access for unvaccinated people is only possible with a PCR test that must not be older than 48 hours. Children and adolescents under the age of 18 (on presentation of a student ID card) as well as people who can demonstrably not be vaccinated (on presentation of a doctor’s certificate) are exempt from this regulation. You can be tested directly before visiting the fair in the test center at the West entrance. PCR tests are also possible to a limited extent here. Guests can also find the requirements for a visit to the fair at www.offerta.de/corona-hinweise/.
