Hanover – After the horse & hunt had to be cancelled last year due to corona, it now again offers a unique mix of new products for horse and rider, trends, live demonstrations, concentrated expertise as well as show and entertainment. Prerequisite for this is an extensive hygiene concept as well as compliance with the 3-G regulation.
The horse & hunting is aimed at the entire horse industry, and inspires with a comprehensive offer.
Five out of seven exhibition halls are reserved for sports and leisure riders, stable plant owners, breeders and trainers. And in addition to a fantastic product range, there are a variety of exciting program items in all halls. For example, in the show ring in Hall 22. Whether you are interested in western riding, natural horsemanship, driving or the presentation of the latest products – visitors get their money’s worth in the show ring. Here you can experience Frisians, Welsh ponies, Haflingers and Icelanders and many more. Among the highlights in the show ring are also the performances of baroque equestrianism – among other things from the “grandmaster” of this increasingly popular riding style: Richard Hinrichs.
Precise information and concentrated expertise will also be available this year at the CAVALLO Ring in Hall 23. First-class, practical lessons with TOP trainers are on the program here. Always in focus: Horse-friendly training, in which animal welfare takes preceded above everything else. Visitors have the opportunity to get to know renowned trainers and look over their shoulders during training. Among others, Dr. Vivian Gabor, Claudia Miller, Peer Claßen and Jenny Wild, Yvonne Gutsche, Dr. Vivian Gabor, Anne Krüger-Degener as well as Bettina Rittler and Tanja Riediger.
Next door, in Hall 21, everything revolves around barehoof care. Associations such as the Norddeutsche Hufgemeinschaft present an informative program on the topics of hoof care, hoof shoes, fittings and hoof diseases. Also in Hall 21: The forum of the trade magazine Pferdebetrieb, which deals with topics such as keeping, feeding and legal issues.
Hall 24 is home to the theme world “Country”. Here visitors will not only find fantastically beautiful accessories, noble saddles and riding fashion in country style, here you can also meet the moderators of the popular Internet portal ClipMyHors.TV and attend interesting talks on current topics.
The organizers also promise a fantastic program in the new TEATRO. Although the pandemic-related “Night of Horses” and the children’s show “MiMaMo” have to suspend in the proven form, instead there are a total of five replacement shows with national stars of the show rider scene in a loving theater setting. Event manager Sandra Busse: “We also have great riders and unusual horses in Germany, so I can guarantee that we will set up a great show!” This is on the agenda in the TEATRO Expert Circles. Here, visitors can experience 90-minute live clinics with top instructors in a quiet atmosphere and find out about fair, respectful and mindful treatment of the horse. A separate ticket is required to access the TEATRO and Expert Circles.
But not only is the information and entertainment program unique on horse & hunting, but the offer of the exhibitors has also been inspiring riders for years. You will find everything you need to ride and work with the horse. The product range includes bridles, candies, lunging straps, accessories, ironing straps, saddle pads, bandages, gaiters, halters, ropes, safety vests, riding helmets, boots, gloves, pads and straps, stirrups, saddles and accessories. And Western saddles, short saddles for Icelandic horses as well as Italian made-to-measure saddles are also available on horse & hunting.
Presale is expected to start at the end of October.
