The “Discoverer Tour” of the Forum Modern Agriculture
In the Forum Modern Agriculture, associations, organizations and companies in the agricultural sector have joined forces. Their common concern is to inform about modern agriculture and to strengthen the dialogue between society and agriculture. The association has 65 members and is supported by around 160 farms. This year, the Forum Moderne Landwirtschaft is sending its agricultural scouts (farmers) on a discovery tour across Germany. According to a recent Civey survey, more than a third of Germans have never spoken to a farmer – but 67 percent would like to do so. Under the motto “Discover modern agriculture with us”, 52 stops for dialogue with consumers are planned by all federal states. The DLG Field Days 2022 are one of them.
