Amongst the speakers are artist Anastasia Samoylova, who’ll be in conversation with writer, curator, artist, and educator David Campany; Scottish documentary photographer Polly Braden and writer and art critic Hettie Judah, plus visual artist Melanie Mancho, who’ll be talking to Dr David Dibosa about her multifaceted and performative practice that embraces photography, film, video, and installation. Photo London’s Official Partner Nikon showcase a strong line-up of Fair talks to complement the programme.

Speaking about his involvement, William says: ‘For the past few years I have had the privilege of curating the Talks Programme at Photo London, bringing together many of the world’s finest photographers, curators, critics and collectors, in informal settings, to share their knowledge and their passions with an enthusiastic public. Photography and photographers never sit still — the field is fast mutating. And yet as these talks demonstrate, and despite the rapid changes in all aspects of our field, one belief is common to all: however it’s put to use, no one can question photography’s tremendous power.’

Talk tickets cost £9.50, Nikon talks are free. You must have a Photo London Day Ticket to attend a talk.
