Südwest Messe: Finally it starts!

 

Southern Germany’s big regional fair starts on Saturday – Huge variety of products and innovative special shows – Open daily from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

 

The region has been waiting for it for a long time, it finally starts on Saturday: The Südwest Messe in Villingen-Schwenningen begins! From 11th to 19th June, around 400 exhibitors present a huge variety of products in 14 halls and in the outdoor area: from building and renovation to health, gardening and enjoyment to modern technology for forestry and agriculture. Exciting special shows show everyday life from new perspectives and give inspiration for a healthier, more sustainable and more varied life.

 

The Südwest Messe will officially open on the 11th. June at 10 a.m. in the forum in Hall Y by Dr. Patrick Rapp, State Secretary in the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Tourism Baden-Württemberg: “The example of Südwest Messe shows that trade fairs are an effective means of economic recovery, especially in economically difficult times, and help to refill the order books.” Lord Mayor Jürgen Roth is also looking forward to a nice time at the fair. As one of the most important regional consumer fairs in the country, the Südwest Messe opens for the 61st time. Their goals,” says Roth. The comprehensive range from a wide variety of industries and areas of life leaves nothing to be desired and the excellent combination of information, demonstration, sales and expert advice has something for every taste.

 

 

 

Discover new products, track trends, try them out and compare them directly on site: The Südwest Messe is a shopping mile and adventure tour for the whole family. If you want to build or modernize, you will find a large selection of specialist companies and can get individual advice from the experts. Numerous clever helpers are available for the household. Professionals and do-it-yourselfers will find suitable tools. Modern equipment for municipalities, forests and agriculture can be seen in the open-air area – from massive dump trucks to forest cranes to compact motor mowers for slopes in viticulture and fruit growing. Pleasure people can look forward to Mediterranean delicacies, local thirst quenchers as well as noble traditional costume fashion and stylish accessories from the Black Forest, among other things.
