Three additional halls with significantly expanded offer

The CARAVAN SALON opens from the 26th. August to 4. September 2022 at the Düsseldorf exhibition center the gates to the caravanning highlight of the year. The leading trade fair for motorhomes, caravans, campervans and equipment significantly expands the offer compared to the previous year and shows the whole world of caravanning in more halls than ever before. “We are very satisfied that we were able to convince many new companies and several returnees of our concept. The exhibition space is growing by three halls. In a total of 16 halls, we present the offer of over 600 exhibitors on 250,000 square meters. Only on the CARAVAN SALON can almost the complete brand diversity be seen live and only here in Düsseldorf is a corresponding product comparison possible with the manufacturers. We look forward to this year’s event full of optimism and anticipation,” says Stefan Koschke, Project Director Caravanning & Outdoor. In Düsseldorf, in addition to the vehicle highlights, all fans of mobile leisure will also find a huge selection of accessories, technical equipment, expansion parts, roof tents, mobile homes, caravanning and camping accessories, outdoor clothing, travel destinations, campsites and motorhome parking spaces.

Trend towards individual and natural travel

“The holiday with motorhome and caravan has been experiencing an enormous and continuously growing influx for over ten years. The pandemic has then once again intensified the trend towards individual and nature-oriented travel, says Daniel Onggowinarso, Managing Director of the Caravaning Industrie Verband e.V. (CIVD). Since travel is possible again almost without restrictions, holiday planning is in full swing for people. This makes it all the more worthwhile to visit the CARAVAN SALON for caravanning lovers as well as newcomers, because nowhere else is the range of vehicles and accessories so diverse and the products so tangible and tangible.”
