【DE】This is how sustainable wire and Tube 2022 are:

Premiere for the ecoMetal trails in June in Düsseldorf

Around 1,900 exhibitors on an area of 95,000 square meters net, many trade fair premieres and 13 well-filled exhibition halls: wire and Tube 2022 are waiting from the 20th to the 24th. June with five days full of technological innovations.

For the first time, guided tours to exhibitors will take place on four out of five days of the fair, whose factory halls pay particular attention to the aspect of sustainability. They produce energy-efficiently, have set themselves high environmental standards and want one thing together: reduce emissions in order to bring about a rapid energy transition.

From 21st to 24th June (Tuesday to Friday), different tours, so-called ecoMetal trails, will take place at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. from the North entrance.

The wire-trails lead to the exhibitors netzwerkDraht, Rosendahl Nextrom, swiss steel holding GmbH, Aurubis and ArcelorMittal and are available Tuesday and Thursday at 10 a.m. and Wednesday and Friday at 2 p.m.

The tube trails on Wednesday and Friday at 10 a.m. and on Tuesday and Thursday at 2 p.m. lead to SMS, Ampco, Klöckner and also to netzwerkDraht.

The trails are free of charge for all interested visitors. Registrations can be made online in advance of the trade fairs at https://www.wire.de/ecometals_besucher and at https://www.tube.de/ecometals_besucher. If you spontaneously decide to participate in a trail on the same day, you are also welcome, even without registration.

Meeting point for all trails is the ecoMetals information counter in the north entrance of the Düsseldorf exhibition center.
