2022 is the European Year for Greener Cities

The focus topic of the World Urban Parks Europe Congress is in line with the EU-funded “European Year for Greener Cities 2022.” The aim of the year of action is to make the urban environment greener and raise awareness of the benefits of green spaces in the urban environment – for example in terms of environment, health, culture and education. The European Year for Greener Cities will also explicitly focus on issues such as green infrastructure and more environmentally friendly public procurement.

Together climate-fit for the future …

… is the focus topic of GaLaBau 2022. Against climate change as a major global challenge of our time, the green industry makes an active contribution in many areas of gardening and landscaping. Innovations, trends and products that have a positive effect on the topic of climate change will be presented at GaLaBau 2022. The stands of participating exhibitors and all relevant supporting program items are marked with the seal of the GREEN-BLUE PATH, which thus offers visitors visual orientation. The World Urban Parks Europe Congress is also part of the GREEN-BLUE PATH.
