Evenord eG, organizer of the evenord trade fair, has decided not to hold the innovation fair for butchery and gastronomy this year. The 52nd Edition of the evenord will not take place as planned from the 8th to the 9th. October 2022 on the grounds of NürnbergMesse. The next date for the popular industry meeting is in autumn 2023.
The innovation fair evenord will not take place in 2022. Evenord eG has decided to do this as the organizer. The reasons for this are the still ongoing effects of the corona pandemic, the sharply rising raw material prices and increasing supply problems in the industry as well as the uncertain macroeconomic situation. Christian Tschulik, Andreas Iser-Hirt and Martin Holch, Board Member of Directors of Evenord eG, have not been easy: “Our goal is to always create a special experience for all exhibitors and visitors – this is what evenord has stood for for over 50 years now. It is southern Germany’s great meeting place for butchers and restaurateurs, trade fair for networking and discovering and at the same time a celebration for the whole family. As organizers, we see this promise in danger for this year under the currently difficult conditions in our industry. Therefore, we are optimistic about the future and start preparing specifically for a reunion at our innovation fair in autumn 2023.”
