This year’s ENERGETAB Fair is approaching fast. Participation in the fair has become an extremely important business opportunity, as the Fair is a forum for the exchange of practical observations and discussions about the current situation and expected directions of industry development and the implemented innovations. It is also, perhaps above all, the possibility of establishing direct business contacts between exhibitors and designers, service providers and leading representatives of energy companies and local government authorities. Especially now, the Fair is of great importance in the current geopolitical situation in the world, particularly in Europe and in Poland, which undoubtedly has a great impact on power industry.
The thematic scope of products presented by over 300 Polish and foreign exhibitors at this year’s fair is very wide – it covers a complex of issues related to professional and industrial energy, including devices and systems for measurement, automation and control, construction and equipment of transmission and distribution networks, energy-saving industrial and road lighting, IT and telecommunications applications in the energy sector, presentations of innovative network technologies and the applied specialized machines and devices.
Along with the rapidly growing interest in renewable energy sources and more environmentally friendly technologies, a significant part of the fair is devoted to devices and apparatus related to this rapidly growing industry. Producers of photovoltaic panels, wind turbines, heat pumps and battery energy storages as well as suppliers of inverters and automation systems related to these technologies will present their innovative solutions.
The fair will be accompanied by conferences, the topics of which will concern current problems concerned with energy transformation and the return to “green energy”. On the first day of the fair, a conference on energy storage and key technological trends in this area will be held. During the conference, particular emphasis will be placed on the needs of constructing big, large-scale energy storage, necessary to alleviate difficulties in balancing energy needs and supply, and to maintain the quality parameters of the power system.
On September 14, the second part of the conference on “Photovoltaics today and tomorrow ” will be held. The first part of the conference was held remotely on May 25 – 26 this year and proved very successful. The “RES Zone” will host demonstrations of the latest equipment and technological solutions in this industry. The second zone, which is likely to be very popular among visitors, is the “Electromobility Zone”, where both charging stations of several manufacturers and electric vehicles will be presented – some of them will be available to visitors on the test track located next to it.
For two years during the ENERGETAB fair, a zone of practical demonstrations of innovative network technologies, including live work, has been organized. It is worth mentioning that the Vocational Training Center in ZIAD Bielsko-Biała is the country’s leading training center in live work technologies. Moreover, individual promotional presentations of exhibitors will be held in the lecture halls of the Center. For years, the results of the competition for particularly outstanding products presented at the Fair have aroused great interest. The submitted products have a chance to win prestigious awards, such as the Cup of the Minister of Climate and Environment.
Therefore, it will be worth visiting this year’s Bielsko International Power Industry Fair ENERGETAB – the largest fair of modern equipment, apparatus and technologies for the energy industry – both conventional and related to renewable energy sources in Poland. The fairground is located in a charming recreation area at the foot of Dębowiec and Szyndzielnia, which belongs to the company ZIAD Bielsko-Biała SA and covers over 30 thousand sq m of exhibition space, both in a multifunctional hall and in tent pavilions, as well as in open areas, where exhibitors most often display large-size and heavier products.
