The FAFGA Alpine Superior trade fair for catering, hotel and design continued to gain momentum until 2019. Around 400 exhibitors and thousands of trade visitors took advantage of this annual opportunity to exchange ideas and, above all, take part in intensive discussions revolving around future investments. Such investments are highly important for the development of Tyrol as a tourism destination.
More than three quarters of the trade visitors came to FAFGA Alpine Superior 2019 with concrete purchasing plans, and more than half of them no longer visit any other industry trade fair with a similar focus. The 33rd edition of Tyrol’s leading hotel and catering trade fair has thus established itself as the most important investment, information and networking platform in the Alpine region.
High quality visitors with dynamic profile
Those visiting also speak to the quality of FAFGA’s offerings: After all, more than two-thirds of all attendees are executives and decision-makers. The trade fair appeals not only to Tyroleans, but also to visitors from across the Alpine region — from Vorarlberg to Bavaria and Salzburg.
In addition, FAFGA is renowned for its dynamic visitor mix with around 40 percent first-time visitors. Overall, around 90 percent of visitors gave FAFGA Alpine Superior 2019 top marks.
Starting this fall, we will continue to build upon the success of FAFGA going forward.
As the industry meeting point for Tyrolean tourism, we are gratified by how many guests are looking forward to attending FAFGA 2022. Our focus is the successful relaunch of FAFGA Alpine Superior, the 34th edition of which will take place again at the Innsbruck Exhibition Centre from 19-22 September 2022.
