- Tours on the subject of electrical engineering
- Presentation of the Siemens Mobility Supplier Award
- Next MES Expo: 07. to 09. November 2023 in Berlin
Whether by rail or by road – the future of mobility is green, digital and networked. The electronics supplier industry provides the industrial basis for developments such as autonomous driving, electrification or connectivity. This is the focus of the MES Expo trade fair – across transport systems. MES Expo is the only platform to date to combine the modes of transport rail and road and focuses exclusively on their electronics suppliers.
The supplier industry is also important at InnoTrans, the world’s leading trade fair for transport technology. Therefore, the MES Expo will present itself from the 20th to the 23rd. September at InnoTrans in hall 10.1 at booth 400. From there, it offers guided tours on the subject of electrical engineering in the mobility industry every day at 11 a.m. Prior registration for this is not required. Daily updated information can be found in the InnoTrans Plus event program.
Presentation of the Siemens Mobility Supplier Award
In addition, the presentation of the Siemens Mobility Supplier Award is on the agenda. This was awarded last year as part of MES Insights, the digital addition to MES Expo. The award honors outstanding achievements, inspires suppliers and shares best practice examples. The award honors suppliers who have contributed significantly to the success of Siemens Mobility in the current financial year – in the categories Technology & Innovation, Logistics Performance, Competitiveness, Quality, Sustainability and Moving beyond. This year, the award ceremony will take place at InnoTrans (23.09.2022, 10-12 o’clock, hub27).
MES Expo – the only trade fair only for electronics suppliers of mobility
The next MES Expo will take place from 07. to 09. November 2023 at the Berlin exhibition center. With a focus on automobiles, commercial vehicles and rail transport, MES Expo offers a trade fair platform for exchange, information, market observation and, of course, for establishing and expanding business contacts.
MES Expo is supported by ZVEI, Zentralverband Elektrotechnik- und Elektronikindustrie e.V., which covers the entire range of services of the electronics industry with its mobility-specific member companies. Also involved are the VDB, Verband der deutschen Bahnindustrie e.V., which brings together the manufacturers of all products for railway operation under its roof, and the DVF, the only cross-modal mobility association of the German economy in passenger and freight transport.
