In 2023, TheraPro will be present for the first time in two halls with the Oskar Lapp Halle (Hall 6) and Mahle Halle (Hall 4). More than 140 exhibiting companies take the opportunity to present their products and services for therapy, rehabilitation and prevention. The supporting program is also extensive: Five top-class events accompany the exhibition on all three days of the fair. As usual, the MEDICINE trade fair takes place parallel to TheraPro in order to promote interdisciplinary exchange between the professions and networking within the healthcare sector.
Healthcare industry between challenges and prospects
Staff shortages, digitization and progressive economization – the healthcare industry is facing ever new challenges after the pandemic. Accordingly, the need of many therapists and other service providers in the health industry to inform themselves about current trends, to be inspired and to collect new ideas is correspondingly great. Claudia Döttinger, member of the management board of Messe Stuttgart, is pleased that TheraPro is returning to its presence strengthened: “The industry is more than ready to present itself to the trade audience live again and to advise personally. We can see this in the positive development of the number of exhibitors. The direct exchange of touching and trying things out – that is more important today than ever.”
The portfolio of TheraPro 2023 includes a wide range of products and solutions for a wide variety of areas of therapy – including equipment and materials for physiotherapy, occupational therapy, training and fitness, wellness concepts and products as well as offers for furnishing, organization, training and further education. Thieme Verlag organizes a large part of the technically high-class congress program with the events physiokongress and ergotag. Other focal points are the Süddeutsche Logopädietag and the VDP Quality Conference. In addition, there are seminars and workshops in the halls, which can be attended by trade fair visitors free of charge and without registration.
