Interesting special shows and an extensive lecture program

“After two years of corona-related forced break, we are pleased to finally be able to offer exhibitors and visitors the perfect forum for almost every topic around your own four walls,” says Kerstin Renken, Head of Public Fairs at M3B GmbH, which also includes MESSE BREMEN. And project manager Sven Rapke adds: “A central topic is of course ‘heating technology with a future’, to which we dedicate our own special show in Hall 7. Interesting, new impulses also bring the special shows heating with wood, tiny living, garden, living design or the “meeting point Bremen modernizing” of the consulting network of the same name.”

In addition to the diverse exhibition topics, there is a wide-ranging lecture program in which experienced experts have their say. The approximately 130 lectures are about, for example, energetic renovation, funding programs and financing or mold. At the specially furnished Forum Naturbaustoffe, interested parties can learn something about building with straw, clay or wood fibers, among other things.

All trades in one place and targeted search for young talent

The biggest advantage of the hanseBAU & Bremer Altbautage: “If you currently want to reach a craftsman, you often have to be patient. With us, experts from all trades are on site and not only have an open ear, but usually also the capacity to implement discussed measures in a timely manner,” says Rapke.

However, hanseBAU sees itself not only as a (specialist) consumer fair, but also as an image ambassador of the craft industry, which has been desperately looking for young talent for years. In order to support the trainee search, it will be on Friday, 20. January 2023, give a day of action to which targeted advertising and school classes are invited. Then young people as well as their parents and teachers have the opportunity to find out about the advantages of craft training. “And free of charge for potential young craftsmen,” says Rapke.
