Increasing demand for heat pumps / exhibitors present solutions at eltefa
The costs of gas, oil and pellets have risen rapidly in recent months. Property owners and companies must rethink: An alternative to heating energy is needed that is not only cost-effective, but also in terms of sustainability. Heat pumps are a climate-friendly alternative to the mentioned heating types and are already in high demand today among specialist companies from the heating industry and the electrical trade.
Heat pumps use the energy from the air, earth and groundwater and convert it into usable heat energy. They are not only suitable for new buildings, but also in renovated old buildings as standard heating. However, when replacing oil or gas heating with heat pumps, it is essential that specialist companies ensure that a suitable interface with sufficient connection power to the power grid is created for the heat pump. Close coordination with licensed electrical trade companies or the distribution system operators electricity is required.
At eltefa, the trade fair for electrical, energy, buildings and industry, a forum will be held under the title “the all-electric building – focus: heat pump” in cooperation with the Bundesverband Wärmepumpe e.V.
which is also about exactly this mains connection of heat pumps. Further information will follow on the website.
But the topic of heat generation, heating, ventilation and cooling is also present in the Oskar-Lapp-Halle (Hall 6) and Alfred-Kärcher-Halle (Hall 8). The following exhibitors will present their solutions from the heat pump sector:
Ralph Bonczek, Sales Manager Southwest, Bosch Thermotechnik GmbH: “The heating and air conditioning brand Bosch offers sustainable solutions for heating, cooling as well as more comfort and well-being throughout the home. The topic of heat in your own home plays a central role. At eltefa, we present heat pumps, air conditioners, wall boxes as well as numerous innovative digital solutions and services that make saving energy very easy.”
Jürgen Strölin, Head of Sales South, Buderus: “Buderus offers comprehensive modular systems around the topic of heat. Warmth means well-being, everyone wants to feel comfortable, whether at home or at work. We have made it our mission to ensure exactly this with networked systems from the field of heat pumps, fuel cells and air conditioning and ventilation devices or photovoltaics – for the future of the Blue Planet. With renewable energies, we are making our contribution to climate protection and are already very pleased to present our systems at eltefa 2023.”
Karlheinz Reitze, Managing Director Digital Energy Solutions (DES) Verwaltungs GmbH & Senior Advisor Electrical Business at Viessmann Werke GmbH & Co KG: “The world is becoming more and more electric, even the building turnaround will only succeed through electrification. This means that buildings can now produce and store electricity and efficiently generate and manage heat. eltefa offers solutions for the heating industry, in which the industry is in exchange with various trades such as roofers, carpenters, car trades, electrical frameworks and heating companies. Therefore, the concept of eltefa corresponds to the zeitgeist and will go its way in the future.”
Frank Jahns, Managing Director STIEBEL ELTRON Vertriebs GmbH: “The house of the future is electrified. With our heat pumps, we at STIEBEL ELTRON offer the right environmentally friendly and sustainable technology for heat generation – both for new construction and existing buildings.”
