【DE】Toy Fair Podcast with the Trend Committee

Every year, the International Toy Fair Trend Committee identifies three toy trends that offer retailers orientation when designing their product ranges. The new Spielwarenmesse podcast episode provides information on how this trend scouting works. This time, three members of the TrendCommittee are guests: the Brit John Baulch, publisher of Toy World Magazine, as well as the two market researchers Clara Blasco from Spain and Axel Dammler from Germany.

In an interview with Marco Jahn from the Spielwarenmesse, they provide insights into their work in the TrendCommittee and present the ToyTrends 2023 “Discover!”, “Brands for Fans” and “MetaToys” in more detail. They also report on how the toy industry has changed in recent years and what, in their eyes, makes the Nuremberg Toy Fair so special.

The new Spielwarenmesse podcast is now available in the media center at www.spielwarenmesse.de/media and on the audio streaming services Audible, Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music and Google Podcasts.
