In 2023, the WZF and the Petfood Forum will continue the initiative launched at Interzoo and will jointly offer international start-up companies from the pet food industry the opportunity to reach pet food manufacturers, brands and packaging companies with an exhibition at the Petfood Forum 2023.
Petfood Forum 2023: Ideal platform for startups in the pet food sector
Every year, the Petfood Forum is a unique and valuable platform for pet food suppliers to promote and sell products in the global pet food industry:
“As the global pet food market is constantly evolving, additional research and technological advances are needed for brands and manufacturers to meet consumer requirements,” says Steve Akins, Executive Vice President, Global Petfood and Events at WATT Global Media. One of the highlights of the Petfood Forum is the exhibition space, where almost 400 suppliers of ingredients, technology, packaging and services for pet food can get in touch with buyers from all over the world.
“The annual participation in the Petfood Forum offers industry professionals the opportunity to find out about current consumer trends as well as product and technology developments and at the same time to give the participants of the conference and the exhibition the opportunity to get in touch with each other, collaborate and do business,” Akins summarizes the advantages of the Petfood Forum.
“With the Interzoo start-up pavilion at the Petfood Forum 2023, we are deliberately following up on the successful program for international newcomers to the industry during Interzoo 2022,” explains Dr. Rowena Arzt, Head of Trade Fairs at the WZF. “Comprehensive support in stand planning and staying in Kansas City gives start-ups the freedom to focus on developing their business and maintaining contacts at the conference,” says Arzt.
“It is important to us to offer innovations special platforms and to support international companies in the pet industry in their development. By intensifying our successful cooperation with Watt Global Media, we are opening up new potential, especially for the nutrition of pet animals, in order to enter into direct dialogue with customers, partners or potential investors and at the same time get to know other markets.”
For Interzoo 2024 in Nuremberg, Dr. Doctor to be able to announce that the Petfood Forum Europe will take place again in conjunction with Interzoo.
