In 2023, several halls of the Hamburg Messe and Congress will be dedicated to culinary enjoyment: In the exhibition area “Food and Beverages”, well-known national and international companies such as Dallmayr, EDEKA Foodservice and Unilever as well as from the bakery and confectionery segment Vandemoortele and Wolf Butterback present their new products. The players in the newcomers area also promise the latest enjoyable inspiration: In the trend forge, around 20 F&B start-ups show their innovations in front of a larger audience.
