【DE】PROGRAM FOR MED.LOGISTICA 2023 ADOPTED |

In around 80 lectures and seminars by speakers from four countries, med.Logistica will mediate on the 16th and 17th. May 2023 in Leipzig a comprehensive overview of current developments and central aspects of process optimization in everyday clinical practice. The focus of the event is on topics such as digitization of processes, securing supply chains and sustainability from purchasing to disposal. In the development of the congress program, Leipziger Messe once again supported a top-class program advisory board.

Practitioners from clinics in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Norway report on the basis of concrete best practice solutions how the processes in their homes are organized efficiently and in high quality. From procurement to the intraclinical flow of materials, persons and information to disposal, possibilities for process optimization in hospitals are examined.

On both congress days, five thematic blocks take place parallel to each other. In this way, trade visitors can devote themselves to the most relevant topic for them at any time. The complete congress program can be found on the homepage from January 2023:

Seminar series Basic-Line continues

After the success of the previous year, the new seminar series “Basic Line” will continue in 2023. The series particularly appeals to clinics and institutions that want a general overview of selected topics of hospital logistics as an introduction. Case logistics, module supply, positioning systems, master data management and unit can are on the program here. New is the topic of warehouse logistics.

Parallel event on interoperability

Parallel to med.Logistica, Niederrhein University of Applied Sciences organizes on the 16th. May 2023 from 8.30 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. at the Congress Center Leipzig an event on “Interoperability in hospitals – if care, logistics and medicine speak the same language”.

Two award ceremonies at med.Logistica 2023

The Leipzig Innovation Award for Hospital Logistics and the Young Talent Award Thesis Award will also be presented at med.Logistica in 2023. While the jury is already discussing the winner of the Innovation Award, the submission for the Young Talent Award is until the 20th. March 2023 possible. The scientific papers can be uploaded at

The congress will take place on the 16th. May 2023 from 8.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. and on the 17th. May from 8.30 a.m. to 3.15 p.m. in the Congress Center Leipzig. The trade fair took place on the 16th. May 2023 from 9.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. and on the 17th May 2023 from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
