Friedrichshafen – The challenging market situation, rising operating costs and general security of supply are causing a need for discussion among fruit producers, burners and agriculture due to the international impact. With the opening of the 41st Fruit growing days and the subsequent podium round, the Fruchtwelt Bodensee offers from the 13th to the 15th. January 2023 an expert platform for the exchange of views for the individual industries.
The versatile supporting program impresses with specialist lectures and seminars on current topics. In addition, for the first time there will be cooperation with supra-regional universities that are rethinking the professional profile of farmers and fruit producers in connection with digitization. Digital achievement and smart farming are also the focus of the launch of the Fruchtwelt Bodensee channel on Instagram, the Start Up Area and the advancement of sustainable cultivation concepts.
More than 300 exhibiting companies from 13 countries present themselves at the international trade fair for commercial fruit growing, distillation and agricultural technology and focus on the latest developments in cultivation, harvesting and product development. Speakers from theory and practice report on the latest advances in the areas of quality fruit production under agri-photovoltaic plants, plant protection and energy transition. Fruchtwelt Bodensee also focuses on sustainability initiatives and the associated digital technologies. Farmers, fruit producers and burners get the opportunity to exchange ideas internationally on the most burning topics at Fruchtwelt Bodensee. First-hand knowledge gives them the opportunity to set up their companies for the future and to benefit from the experience of industry experts,” says project manager Petra Rathgeber.
