The nominees selected by a cross-industry jury of experts exemplify the ideas and ingenuity that are abundant in the global fruit and vegetable industry. During the first two days of FRUIT LOGISTICA, the leading trade fair for the global fruit trade, trade visitors can visit all nominated entries in a special exhibition area in Hall 20 and vote for their favorite. Brocomole ¿Y si? the bouquet
Anecoop, Spain – Hall 18, B-01
A new dip alternative for lovers of guacamole. By adding broccoli to guacamole, their carbon footprint is reduced by more than 50 percent, as the cultivation of broccoli requires less water resources. Brocomole is produced 97 percent from fresh broccoli and avocado and contains fiber, vitamin C and potassium.

LEDFan offers savings in lighting and heating costs through a highly efficient design that uses heat losses through the use of controlled fans. The luminaire has a wireless control system with grid-based BMS positioning and light failure detection.
Premium quality Dutch vanilla
Koppert Cress, Netherlands – Hall 3.2, C-01
An exclusive range of Dutch premium vanilla of the Planifolia variety, an orchid species that only forms pods after three years. This vanilla is comparable to a semi-dry Muscat grape: it is not yet a raisin, but actually much more. In principle, it is grown in the same way as the black variety, but since it is harvested much later, the taste is different.

Tatayoyo is the brand name for peppers with a pronounced and strong taste. The peppers have a medium size between block and snack peppers. Their special taste originally comes from wild peppers. Ideal as a hearty snack.
