Tradition meets modernity – this was the motto of the weekend in Augsburg. Around 25,000 visitors were guests at the exhibition center from Friday to Sunday and collected great impressions at JAGEN UND FISCHEN together with their around 300 exhibitors. Shopping and experiences for young and old were in the foreground.
Messe Augsburg impressively confirms expectations and inspires with the repositioning of HUNTING AND FISHING. Newer, fresher, more modern: Visitors and exhibitors were able to experience this for themselves this weekend in three filled exhibition halls. Southern Germany’s most successful industry fair for hunters, anglers, nature and outdoor enthusiasts also scored with its internationality: 17 countries were represented among the exhibiting companies, the international participation was 15%. Visitors from abroad, mainly from Austria and Switzerland, have also taken the path to visit the HUNTING AND FISHING. Cross-border cooperation is the trademark of HUNTING AND FISHING: In 2023, the fishing associations of Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg jointly won the “2. Southern German Indoor Championship in Casting” in the exhibition halls. The next HUNTING AND FISHING will take place from the 12th to the 14th. January 2024.
