Nationally and internationally renowned artists such as the Beatsteaks or Thees Uhlmann kicked off the new open-air festival summer paloooza at Messe Erfurt last year. This year follows the second edition with numerous well-known artists. From 23.06. to 25.06.2023 Glasperlenspiel, Alexander Marcus, Roy Bianco & Die Abbrunzati Boys give each other the latch in their hands and make the audience sing along. In addition to the well-known headliners, numerous regional bands such as CRZA&Zersch, Flying Sharks or Sonne Ost also play at the open-air festival and thus get the opportunity to present themselves to a large audience.
Trade fair managing director Michael Kynast is pleased: “Concerts are unique experiences. Surely everyone can remember an extraordinary concert. We will create these experiences again this year with the summer pallooza. And that on 3 days in summer!”
Project manager Daniel Möwius adds: “Last year, the mixture of well-known headliners and newcomers made the summer pallooza an extraordinary festival. This year we also have a perfect mix, both in the variety of music genres and in the size of the bands. We are full of anticipation!”
The topic of sustainability and environmental awareness also plays an even more important role this year. “This year, we will completely do without meat for both visitor and artist catering and offer only vegetarian and vegan delicacies. Last year’s encouragement encourages us to take this step,” explains Daniel Möwius.
Tickets for the festival are available in the Ticket Shop Thuringia as well as on Eventim. Day tickets for the festival cost 39 euros, the festival pass for all three days 93 euros.
