KG (FWTM) organizes after the CannaB. another new event format that celebrate its premiere on January 30 and 31, 2023 at the Freiburg Exhibition Center. The two-day specialist congress offers experts and decision-makers from the catering industry top-class lectures on current market topics and takes up the high dynamics and the associated challenges of the industry. In keynote lectures and parallel forums, the focus is on knowledge transfer, in the subsequent discussion rounds and in networking, personal exchange.
The focus is on trends such as sustainability and regionality, out-of-home business and the energy industry, the long-running shortage of skilled workers and the demanding and broad field of digitization.
