From 11th to 13th March 2023, the popular competition for young chefs “Next Chef Award” will take place at the leading international trade fair for hotels, gastronomy, bakeries and pastry shops. On three days, cooking will finally be held again in the Hamburg exhibition halls for the coveted “Next Chef Award”. Launched in 2016, the competition will also lure in 2023, in addition to the title, with its own cookbook, which will be published by Gräfe und Unzer Verlag. Young cooking talents from Germany, Austria and Switzerland can calculate opportunities. They must not be older than 26 years and must have completed vocational training.
