BOE INTERNATIONAL offers young professionals a new hotspot for promoting young talent and orientation in the event industry
From 11th to 12th In addition to a content-rich supporting program on six stages, the BOE INTERNATIONAL – International Trade Fair for Experience Marketing will present another format especially for the next generation of events on the first day of the fair.
Dortmund, 04.01.2023 – Personnel development, further education and promotion of young talent in the event industry are important focal points at BOE INTERNATIONAL: With the BrandEx Fresh platform, the trade fair complements its young talent program and offers young talents suggestions and insights into the event and MICE industry on the first day of the fair.
BrandEx Fresh
Under the motto “Departure”, experienced but also young talents were able to submit their applications for the BrandEx Awards in 18 categories as part of the International Festival of Brand Experience. One section is the “BrandEx Fresh” for creative young professionals from agencies and companies, trainees, students and young freelance creatives. In addition, a special brandEx Fresh junior program will now take place on the 11th. January 2023 from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in Hall 5 at BOE INTERNATIONAL.
Who the evening before, the 10th January 2023, already wants to participate in the BrandEx Award ceremony, can still secure paid tickets.

BrandEx Fresh relies on the popular formats “Employer Herzblatt” and “Agency Pitch”: At Arbeitgeber Herzblatt, three employers “five” for the favor of a young professional and have to answer questions with as much wit, charm and honesty as possible. In the agency pitch, on the other hand, agencies have five minutes (and a maximum of five slides) to present themselves to the offspring as attractively as possible. Current trend topics also find their place on the Fresh Stage: Dominik Griese and Tom Inden-Lohmar record their podcast “Pracht & Misery: A Podcast about the Metaverse from the Metaverse” live on stage in the afternoon. In addition, the 2022 BrandEx winner Luis Pahl (JOKE Event AG) explains that not everything that shines is gold. The charmingly packaged “FuckUp Story” only tells a story of failure at first glance: from the standard period of study and the termination of teacher training to the BrandEx Gold award and the realization that failure can also be a pioneer for new things. In addition, the Fresh Area creates inspiring space for young talents from the event and creative scene to meet potential employers and get to know the industry (even) better.
