The Millesime Bio will feature a comprehensive variety of wines made from organically grown grapes from wineries from Argentina, Austria, Bulgaria, Chile, Egypt, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, Switzerland, and the USA under one roof. It focuses on the most advanced wines from the organically grown grape.
Prior to the fair, the organisers carry out a rigorous control of the compliance of the products exhibited with the legislation. They are all certified organic. Each exhibitor must provide copies of the certificates of conformity with the organic production method issued by an approved certification body.
Each exhibitor has exactly the same exhibition tools: a counter, two chairs, a spittoon, tasting glasses, ice and a display. It is a question of judging and comparing wines, and not all the exhibition techniques! All exhibitors are on an equal footing here to present their products.
Are also accepted for tasting: organic wine-based drinks, beers, ciders and spirits. A specific area is organised within the fair for these other organic alcoholic beverages.
During the fair, Sudvinbio mandates Ecocert to control the compliance of the products presented with the organic regulation.
