Sigep is acknowledged as the most important international event for the sector. This trade fair comprises the following thematic sections: ice cream, chocolate, confectionery, bakery, pizza, decoration, furnishing and fittings. All the latest trends and raw materials, basic products, plants, machinery, furnishing and fittings for ice cream parlours, pastry shops, bakeries and pizzerias will be shown. Presentations, contests, international championships, training courses and seminars will complete the exhibition programme.

For more than 40 years, it has been the point of reference for innovations in the whole sector, and provides a complete overview of all new market developments: raw materials and ingredients, machinery and equipment, as well as furnishings, packaging and services.

Sigep is also a meeting place to exchange ideas, trends and visions, presented every year by the sector’s top experts and opinion leaders.
